Closing an amazing chapter. 🎉 When I joined Stephanie and Diane to work on a short-term Talent Acquisition project, EPI Company was a team of 30ish people, hustling and grinding quarter after quarter to make the dream of changing the way Europe pays a reality. Fast forward three years: the dream is now a reality. #Wero is everywhere and I regularly use it to make payments with friends and family 🤩 I’m proud to have established EPI’s People department, now serving over 200+ passionate people across 16 countries. 🌍 Working with such a talented and committed team has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my role. Together, we tackled challenges head-on, celebrated our wins 🎯and navigated the fast-paced growth that brought us to where we are today. This journey was meaningful and transformative in so many ways. I want to thank Martina for her trust from the very beginning, as well as everyone at EPI for these amazing years. Parting ways with my amazing and talented team is bittersweet. I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished together and grateful to have grown alongside such incredible people: Abdi, Guillaume, Laura, Gwenaële, Kamil, Flore, Kimberley — bravo for all that we’ve achieved! 🙌 EPI has a bright future. I’ll keep cheering from the sidelines. 🌟 Now, it’s time for me to open a new chapter.
